Pirating demands - DarthCloakedGuy - 11-23-2009 Seems like it should be. Can a pirate come up to someone and demand more than they have as an excuse to PvP them? It just happened to me. Pirating demands - Turkish - 11-23-2009 ' Wrote:Seems like it should be. Excessive demands are outlawed, no '100mil r dai!'. Pirating demands - DarthCloakedGuy - 11-23-2009 What about demanding 10 mil from someone who only has 1.2 mil (and says so)? Pirating demands - Guest - 11-23-2009 There have been sanctions before (I think it was Project X) and it was not a pretty sight. I would not suggest doing so, if you really need to get rid of an annoying trader, ask for their weapons. Simple enough. Pirating demands - DarthCloakedGuy - 11-23-2009 Actually, this is speaking from the viewpoint of the piratee, not the pirater. I'm posting this to find out A: If it breaks a rule B: Which one it breaks Also, hi Sindroms. Are you returning? EDIT: The main reason I'm asking is because there's someone who's been doing this repeatedly. I've done all I can to reason with him, but he refuses to talk OoRP in private chat (apparently he's saving it all for local). So while it may make you uncomfortable to hear about it I'd be prepared to see it referenced now and again. Sorry man. Pirating demands - Guest - 11-23-2009 Not returning. Also, he is indeed overstepping rule 0.0 more or less. SS, post and be done with it. Pirating demands - DarthCloakedGuy - 11-23-2009 ' Wrote:Not returning.Unfortunate that you're not returning. And 0.0 is a vague and rather flimsy rule. Is there a better defined rule that he's breaking? Pirating demands - Curios - 11-23-2009 btw, if pirate meet a miner full of ores its normal to demand ~10 millions, but if you have no money (first run for example) you can drop some of your cargo for pirate. Of couse there is no "1005001000 millions or dai!, no money?! dai!" |
