In the interests of saving time and avoiding a lot of boring chit-chat later, my name is Evangaline Jones, you can call me "Eva". I'm you're new Underboss today.
And this is Crime Boss Sylpheed. Sylpheed runs the Liberty Rogues, so unfortunately, he's far to busy to deal with you.
