SF - Constantine - 12-08-2005 Commander in Chief Lance Broadcasting from Planet New London Time: 6:34 P.M. New London time. Recently over wars and many battles we have realised that managing two factions was becoming a lot of work. From now on the SDF and the LS will cease to exist and the SF will rise. The Sirius Federation will take control of the LSs and SDFs former systems. Our navy will be built up of Bretonian and Liberty ships, in addition Civilian fighters will also be permitted. Our capital system will be moved to New York, all military command centres will mostly stay were they are. Battlegroup Paladin will be headquartered on Planet Pittsburgh, New York. Commander in Chief - Lance Fleet Admiral - Met2085 Captain - Wolfpack Captain - Thunderbolt Lieutenant - Viper Lieutenant - Gravity Support Ships [SR-Diplomat]-SFSS-Unitas Our ships will also have a way of identifying them: SFB - Sirius Federation Battleship SFC - Sirius Federation Cruiser SFD - Sirius Federation Destroyer SFG - Sirius Federation Gunboat SFF - Sirius Federation Fighter SFSS- Sirius Federation Support Ship -- -- End Transmission -- -- SF - Firebird - 12-08-2005 So the SF control everything in Bretonia and Liberty...man that's going to be a high weekly maintainence fee $$$ And any group wanting Cortez or Magellan had better be friendly to the SF, otherwise they're looking at a war on all fronts  SF - Korrd - 12-08-2005 That explains the SF tag ive seen on your ships. You will have to pay a lot of money for system maintenance... One thing i dont agree is that you place your homeworld in liberty. Liberty space is the place where new players appear (manhattan). Having control over liberty means that you get all the new people for your faction. I didnt say anything before because the LS would have cease to exist, but now, your faction controls both houses, there is no reason to keep it for myself: I think that liberty space should not be under control of a faction. It should be neutral space, so no faction has an advantage over the other factions when getting new recruits. I propose that SF leaves Liberty space. So no one controls it. That way, the newbs can be aproached by all factions instead SF... SF - Igiss - 12-08-2005 In my opinion, Liberty might stay under control, but it's better to move home from New York and promise not to use the territory privilege for recruiting new members. I will not charge any maintainance costs until January 2006. You'll have enough time to get prepared. The outer systems could remain part of the SF. It would be up to the other factions to ensure they have a representative in New York to attract new recruits. May also consider relaxing the PVP in New York for higher level pilots, it would be interesting to see two opposing factions fight over a new recruit  SF - Met2085 - 12-08-2005 well NY will still be the way it was under LS control. We will still help new players if they ask, let other clans enter the NY system without any problems, and that there are no p v p, although we will still patrol the system for illegal items SF - Constantine - 12-08-2005 Ok agreed Leeds will now be our capital system. :) SF - Firebird - 12-08-2005 Lancer,Dec 8 2005, 12:55 PM Wrote:Ok agreed Leeds will now be our capital system. :) just curious...why leeds? SF - Dab - 12-08-2005 Well I must disagree about Korrd's post. We can recruit players using private chat we dont have to be there, but yes, we should be alowed a rep there. Also the PVP thing. Since we can't attack anyone under level 25 there is no need for a no pvp zone in NY. Also some new players might join a facion depending on that faction's average skills. Also they aren't the only ones with new recruits. AW has gotten 6 new players in 5 days. Only 3 of those are from the reserve platoon provided to us by WA. 2 of those new people are veterans here, but one was newish. SF - Constantine - 12-08-2005 Yes... We have not had a new recruit in over a week so we don't get all the new players. Ohh and Leeds because of it's position very close to New London and New York :) |
