Recently over wars and many battles we have realised that managing two factions was becoming a lot of work. From now on the SDF and the LS will cease to exist and the SF will rise. The Sirius Federation will take control of the LSs and SDFs former systems. Our navy will be built up of Bretonian and Liberty ships, in addition Civilian fighters will also be permitted. Our capital system will be moved to New York, all military command centres will mostly stay were they are. Battlegroup Paladin will be headquartered on Planet Pittsburgh, New York.
That explains the SF tag ive seen on your ships.
You will have to pay a lot of money for system maintenance...
One thing i dont agree is that you place your homeworld in liberty. Liberty space is the place where new players appear (manhattan). Having control over liberty means that you get all the new people for your faction.
I didnt say anything before because the LS would have cease to exist, but now, your faction controls both houses, there is no reason to keep it for myself:
I think that liberty space should not be under control of a faction. It should be neutral space, so no faction has an advantage over the other factions when getting new recruits.
I propose that SF leaves Liberty space. So no one controls it. That way, the newbs can be aproached by all factions instead SF...
(If you find any mistake in my English, please let me know via a PM)
(Really, I speak terrible English, so please, tell me if I make mistakes. I'd like to improve it a bit )
In my opinion, Liberty might stay under control, but it's better to move home from New York and promise not to use the territory privilege for recruiting new members.
I will not charge any maintainance costs until January 2006. You'll have enough time to get prepared.

Korrd has a very good point. New York especially should be perminately neutral. The outer systems could remain part of the SF. It would be up to the other factions to ensure they have a representative in New York to attract new recruits.
May also consider relaxing the PVP in New York for higher level pilots, it would be interesting to see two opposing factions fight over a new recruit
well NY will still be the way it was under LS control. We will still help new players if they ask, let other clans enter the NY system without any problems, and that there are no p v p, although we will still patrol the system for illegal items
Well I must disagree about Korrd's post. We can recruit players using private chat we dont have to be there, but yes, we should be alowed a rep there. Also the PVP thing. Since we can't attack anyone under level 25 there is no need for a no pvp zone in NY. Also some new players might join a facion depending on that faction's average skills.
Also they aren't the only ones with new recruits. AW has gotten 6 new players in 5 days. Only 3 of those are from the reserve platoon provided to us by WA. 2 of those new people are veterans here, but one was newish.
