Cesar, Ratchet found them! Can't say too much on this channel its unsecure but the data we recieved was correct. Ratchet may have been engaged by now, I have not recieved another transmission from him. How do you want to procede?

Your message was a little choppy but we got it. Well we figured this would happen, just not so soon. Make sure Ratchet does not dock on Yanagi with any err parts. We don't want our people getting infected. The ship is still being constructed so we don't have a secure holding facility. Your link is being accessed via what appears to be Harvester derived coding. I had some preliminary work done earlier in Puerto Rico at Vieques on a prototype communication link and the signal algorithms are quite similar to what we are seeing here. Perhaps you should communicate with me regarding this as these units were disseminated without Congressional notification of any kind?

Sorry Tinkerbell. Things started happening to fast and we had to send Ratchet out to investigate. I didn't want people to get jumpy if they knew... Anyway I will inform you via a more secure channel.

I have yet to encounter a harvester unit tho Ratchet tells me they have no interest in Junkers.

Oh and don't worry about all the csv's buzzing around the shipyard in PR we have something going on there. Once again I will inform over another channel. Perhaps I will see you in Rochester.
