Your link is being accessed via what appears to be Harvester derived coding. I had some preliminary work done earlier in Puerto Rico at Vieques on a prototype communication link and the signal algorithms are quite similar to what we are seeing here. Perhaps you should communicate with me regarding this as these units were disseminated without Congressional notification of any kind?
