Hudshift - Cannon - 08-21-2012 I've done a little checking. The use of hudshift is fine as it is included with the mod. If you need to disable hudshift, remove or rename the file "hudshift.ini". Don't change the "hudshift.dll" file though. Hudshift - Lyderies - 08-21-2012 What is hudshift? Hudshift - Corsair - 08-22-2012 AFAIK it adjusts your HUD to fit on all resolutions and aspect ratios. In other words, if you ran on super high resolutions on 16:3 widescreen, your HUD would be where it was supposed to be, not all over the place. If you don't notice anything wrong, then it's working for you. RE: Hudshift - Echelon - 01-05-2013 you mean Hudshift.cfg right. there is no .ini for me RE: Hudshift - Error - 01-05-2013 (01-05-2013, 01:54 PM)Echilon Wrote: you mean Hudshift.cfg right. there is no .ini for meYou've either installed another version of Hudshift over the one that's included with the Discovery mod, or you're looking in the wrong place (no idea where that could be; there's no Hudshift.cfg anywhere in my install). HudShift.ini should be located in the root of the EXE directory along with HudShift.dll. EDIT: So if you've installed the Discovery mod to the default location, the full path to the file should be "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Discovery Freelancer 4.86.0\EXE\HudShift.ini". RE: Hudshift - Kapten-N - 02-17-2013 I had to copy HudShift.ini to the Interface folder to make it work. O.o RE: Hudshift - Echo 7-7 - 02-18-2013 (02-17-2013, 11:31 PM)Kapten-N Wrote: I had to copy HudShift.ini to the Interface folder to make it work. O.o This is a known bug and that is the correct fix. It will be fixed for 4.87. |
