How do I stop youtube from throttling my connection?
I use this as a workaround (It even buffers past 60 seconds of your current point, imagine that) but seriously.

Youtube has been in the shait for the last few months for me. Never had this problem.
I remember when you could pause the video and let it load, now it pauses the buffering with it.

Are you sure it's the connection, and not your computer/browser being unable to render the stream in time? I know Internet Exploder tends to have... issues... when it's been running a while.
