You sure?? In the latest version of 4.86 I tested the cloak thoroughly. It did stop the process when hit by a cruise disruptor. But only when in the build-up phase. As soon as it says it's on you can't make it drop with a CD.
Ordinary gunfire or normal missile doesn't stop it at all.

None of the 4.87 changelogs mention these kinds of cloak updates.
I have been using it in 4.87 and I'm pretty sure it's still the case. I did not test it with CD hits lately though.
