This is something someone had to say, one day or another. And I applaud Toris for this.

What I am going to write now, is something I had to say long ago.

It's been roughly five years since I joined this community. Five years. It is a considerable time.
People will say 'JAN 2016' bull, of course.
Well, I did leave for a period, and returned recently.

I always thought this community would make the perfect environment in which player could accustom with.
I was wrong.

During all this time, I saw this community become more and more toxic, with trolls playing smartass and whatnot, and not get pushed around. I saw how roleplay was somewhat restrained to categories-like what happened with Furries.

Bear my words-I think the 'Furry Rule' makes no sense at all. I understand furry fandom pics on commbars or RP threads.
But denying furry roleplay? It is too harsh for my view.

I have roleplayed with a variety of people in these years, and made excellent RP.
Yet, what gone rogue...is this community.

You will all say 'another Toris thread' bull, of course. You WILL do, like the trolls dwelling unseen within this community.

Yet, we all knew two people roleplaying furries openly: Bret and Toris.
They have been great assets to this community. But then...what happened?

- Toris was nuked because of furry roleplay without being noticed of its sanction beforehand. When he tried to explain his reasons, he was utterly slapped.

- Bret ragequitted Disco after what Garrett wrote in Tales of the Admins and what happened to Toris.

Both have been ridiculized because they roleplayed furries.

I am wondering how much I can resist in such a toxic community... Until I resist, I will stay.
But this place needs a complete 'tabula rasa', or else it will become Disco's downfall.

I seriously hope this community follows the straight path again.
Or else no new players will ever come.

If you want to reach again that 200 people on server, waiting to log in, you still can, Disco!
YOU CAN!
And I know Admins, Mods, everyone will put their effort in it.

@Zyliath 1. Why did you write it in Angel colors?
2. Okay, your opinion. Accepted. Not mine, not the one of many others here.
3. It may be another of Toris "I leave forever, but come back again soon" threads, but do we really have to warm up this discussion over and over again? When you think the rule makes no sense, go and let Garret or someone else of the green team explain you in detail (should be known why this rule is here now but whatever) why this had to happen.

This thread is a mess and should just be closed. Nothing but a massive "Let's hate on Toris" and "Let's hate on the people who hate on Toris"

Is there a specific reason why you keep making these threads about how horribly you are being treated here? They aren't exactly helpful in that regard.
