Lets say the rule is changed to not pardon the Traders from the 2h penalty ....then what ? Did you fix the problem of multi-platforms shooting at you in the middle of the mining field ...nope ....are you safe to jump to some guard system that has a POB with multi-platforms welcoming committee that will put you down in seconds .... nah
PS: For some people, cheating to earn tons of $$ was easier but also not the smartest thing to do ;P

We're talking about rules and the absence of rules that got your base built
& placed, just like your so called area denial PoB's, all with the same privilege.

@Remove all POBs 15k from NPC stations: As I have said many pages ago: If the Admins think this needs to be done, so be it.
I personally do not think it is necessary for reasons stated and explained in various ways many times over this thread - so I'll not repeat myself.
Furthermore, 15k from every NPC installation, hole, gate, lane, mining field might even be almost impossible in reality, as it would not even leave any spaces in many systems. Just look how crowded most systems are already.
So, for those who focussed on small changes in here to my suggestion:
We need rules that get rid of cancer POBs. I made a call to move those POBs I think are harmful, and gave my arguments and got 45 players to back that request. That's fact.
The Admins will have certainly watched the topic and they will decide what to do about the topic. And what exactly the decision will be, is totally out of anybody's control. This petition is just a call to change the status quo, and a suggestion of how to do it. So, it would be nice if the more or less personal level of attacks against me could stop - as it is uncalled for.
