As a thought about the Dragons mentioned, anyway, given the situation in Kusari and Chugoku, even without the KNF around there is a never ending stream of things for the Dragons to deal with.
But even in other cases, there are always more things to expand on. Especially with groups that do a lot of things, like the Outcasts and Corsairs, there are many niches that could be filled.
*cough* i hate to give any faction advice but has the WT considered, now I know its tough to just move but, you would fill a huge gap if you did what you did in Kusari!. Not only would you provide an active force there, but you would have the chance to RP with everyone from Bretonia to the GMG to Dragons and you'd certainly have much more opportunity

@Coin: Please, calm down. Markam's post was in no way even close te a trial by forum against WT. The only thing that touched the WT was a statement that Bretonia is full of lawfuls. And you take that as trial by forum? There also wasn't a single word about sticking to vanilla factions, not to mention any "red=dead".
@AceofSpades: They unfortunately can't do the same in Kusari, because Kusari does not accept Mercenaries.
