Greetings dear representative,

My name is Lulatia Bellisario and I am the newly appointed Deep Space Engineering (DSE) representative to Gallia and Kusari.

On behalf of Deep Space Engineering I would hereby inquire to obtain a B2 Permit for DSE to operate in Gallic space. As this permit requires us to negotiate with a representative prior to the start of the application process I hereby hope to start the negotiations for DSE.

Our main activities in Gallic space shall be:

1. To fly our transport vessels carrying authorized commodities through Gallic space;
2. To transport authorized commodities from Sirius destinations to Gallia;
3. To transport authorized commodities from Gallia to Sirius;
4. To conduct business with lawful Gallic corporations.

Our corporate vessels are all crewed by professionals who adhere to our corporate standards as well as obey house laws and the laws of space. Our crews will furthermore refrain from transporting goods considered contraband or any and all for which our corporation does not have the authority nor license to transport.
