Well, I've only flown the Barghest out of the three ships mentioned, but I think it's fine how it is. Sure, having a pair of CD/T slots and a CD slot as well may make some people feel that it's overpowered, but it turns only about as well as a gunship, and gets ripped to pieces by any sort of fighter, since it just can't manoeuvre into position quickly enough. It's only really good at one or two things, but it does them well when supported.
Warewolves (yes, I spell it with an "a", so sue me) are awesome MR platforms. Firing an MR at it's refire rate hardly drains the plant, coupled with the ability to mount a CD as well, makes it an awesome fighter-bomber. I can imagine one supporting a Nova/SN bomber, with the ability to hold targets in place as well as assist with the shield damage (especially if you stick an Inferno on it).
