The KOI is drafting up sensitive operations to the point that - and this is just a guess - none but the elite and most trusted agents are drafted for them. The Naval Forces Admiralty basically sleeps within the Shogunate Office by now. Discussing warplans up and down, I got to comment on some of them. The Hanazono Party is quiet, they're too busy drafting up viable ways to promote Shintoism after all. The Ninkyo Dantai are worrying about the economy, so they're drafting up contingency plans, redundancy mechanics, everything relevant to keep our delicate Keiretsu structures from not running dry in the worst case scenario.
And what are we doing over at Sunrise? Trying to keep an overview over all this. Add on top that Kishiro and the KOI divisions involved in the Drive Project are in panic mode and you can guess how my days are. Very long, very tiresome. However, this leak and working against its potential consequences takes priority. Employing Raven is actually the best option to keep her involvement controlled. She would wander off, do her own things and likely cause more trouble than use. Turning her into a part of Kansai's scientific network and having the KOI apply their strictest security measures on her work environment appears like the better alternative to me.
As for why you are not being deployed to any assignments whatsoever lately.. I will extend my feelers, see what I can find out about this. Though, I suspect it is related to me. I am aware of Admiral Okamoto's demise already. Irelei's security systems can't be compared to KOI or Naval standards. The office building was thoroughly checked already too, although the final sweep will have to wait for Irelei's return from New London. Which is why I am currently working from my estate.
The Summit appears to go rather well. Minister Kojirou departed early due to perceived severe security risks, I have yet to talk to him. Minister Kazu remains in New London and Irelei keeps her in check.. I hope.
