Unmolested meaning:

TBF will not be responsible for contraband found on vessels being escorted and any fees, duties, taxes and fines as well as any legal ramification will be the sole responsibility of that ships captain transporting said contraband.

TBF vessels may carry on without interference until a confirmed visual sightings of Rheinlander Authorities and receiving a universal hail by said authorities. Once these two conditions are met TBF vessels will respond to inquiries and submit to vessel safety inspection. Example: RM authorites are at New Berlin, TBF vessels enters into the system, since there is no visual sighting by either vessel TBF goes on abouts its business even if hailed. However that same TBF vessel goes to New Berlin or is intercepted during its flight by another RM offical upon visual confirmation of the RM vessel and TBF is hailed by that vessel then that TBF will stop anwser questions and submit to safety scan inspection.

Gents, you seemed a bit confused last night as to why Associate Tutone and I opened fire on you near Atka.

Let me clarify: We responded to a distress call from a Trader, callsign "Zukeenee". Trader Zukeenee claimed that you and "your" associate opened fire on him without any warning whatsoever. (This, by the way, is the action of a "terrorist", not a "mercenary".) Just because our Firm is not the most "lawful" group in the Sector, we still classify ourselves broadly as "traders". You apparently had issues with our coming to the aid of another trader, one who was being terrorized without warning. Well, welcome to the real world.

We will continue to come to the aid of fellow traders if they are threatened, especially when threatened in the dishonorable manner you demonstrated last night. I believe your little group is having a crisis of indentity. If you are indeed "mercenaries/guns for hire", then please show proof of your "contract" against Trader Zukeenee. If you have degenerated to piracy, then I suggest you follow the gentleman's rule of warning your intended target before engaging. But if, as it now appears, you are simply terrorists with no conscience or honor, aren't you supposed to fall on your swords in dishonor or something? Please, don't let us stop you from your time-honored traditions.

As to your unwarranted threats of adding us to your "hit list", you are welcome to try. I believe our firm currently has about four times the membership your little cadre boasts. Do you really want to go there?

In closing, you TBF tossers, I shall transmit a copy of this memo to "your" message dump, just in case your inbred crew members haven't figured out how to turn their comms dials yet.
