The spec sheet for the motherboard lists your maximum memory as 2 GB, which should be more than enough for most tasks. With an AGP 8x slot on there, you're probably not going to do any high end gaming on this setup. The fastest AGP card I know of is the Geforce 7900 GS, which is becoming increasingly hard to find.
All in all, the few tweaks you can do to max out this system are likely to cost more than a new cheap system, which would probably outdo this one in most areas.
Edit: Okay, I just looked again, and apparently there is the ATI 3850 AGP card that is more capable than the 7900 GS, and is still being actively produced.

Thanks, that helps.
While the memory on the motherboard is listed as 2 GB, the stats for the computer overall specify a limit of 1gb. I have found a set of corsair memory for cheap that'll work, and I'll look into that ATI card.
Thanks again.
EDIT: So that ATI card would work on my specific board right?

It's weird that your computer spec says Max 1GB while the board can support up to 2GB. I also checked 2 sites - Memory Stock Link - This site syas that you can have 2GB max memory for this machine, though I discovered another link on a forum topic on Toms Hardware where someone did have issues with installing 2GB on a similar machine - something with the BIOS version
Maybe the latest BIOS might support more than 1 GB, but back in those days updating the BIOS was risky business, best done when the board is under warranty.
As for the VGA Card, yes it's 8xAGP which your board has, though since your processor is 2Ghz, it might max out before hitting max GPU speed, I believe this GPU requires a 2.4Ghz cpu to max it out.
You PSU may also limit you from using this card. Calculate the amps available on the 12v rail and check if you have enough spare available for running this card.
