Sorry to disagree with you but let me say you something about the mentality of a hardcore porwertrader. Its simple, for them its pretty much impossible to imagine powertrading w/o a 5000 cargo ship. If you remove the hability of the Zoner Guard to land at some places, they will continue their stuff, get sanctioned and they will prolly change to an other ID allowing a 5k transport. And let say it, the main advantage for gameplay it has is that there will be no more: U cant pirat meh I is Zoner. For RP, the main good thing it will do is removing the huge amount of zoners in house space.
Also, I am totally for the regulation of ALL Battleships and maybe even some cruisers like the Rogue Dessie.
Also, if unlwafuls bounty up Zoners ship that are in places they should not be, it will do pretty much nothing. Powertraders do not learn by getting blown. They will just whine cuz they are zoners and zoners are neutral.

I still think another large part of the problem is there isn't a single idea about the capabilities of the Zoners overall. This leads to people arguing from vastly different perspectives. Some people say they're strong enough to beat a House without a problem while others say they're a small group of squatter types. The same applies to their level of self-sufficiently.

They do not have a better economy than the houses, thats for sure. But still, they still are pretty rich. They sell food and stuf in places where its rare, therefore really pricy and really the demand is also really high.
They supply like who, let say, about all edge worlds pirate factions, the order, the BHG, etc.

Since Vanilla FL, the Zoners have changed enough to need a new definition by the developpers of the discovery mod for everyone to use as a starting point.
So we'd have to ask the devs pretty nicely if they could agree on an update to the Zoner Infocard :crazy:
