thinking of makeing a (my first and indie)major pirate charcter

If your set on being a cap commander, it's unlikely you'll join a faction down in Gamma as only senior members get the use of such ships.
Having said that, theres no reason to stop you coming down here and being an indie. Theres a Corsair Elder who has a Legate and he's an indie!
If you feel you can add something to the RP, please come down. Theres enough detractors down here, we could use some of the good stuff.
Maybe, if you get the feel of Gamma and enjoy it in your cap, you'll graduate up to a gunboat or one of the OPG's favorite, the Pirate transport.

needa make the charcter (gona be selling a liberty guardian for the slot ormmabye ill make a new acount as for the ships if your in any ways familer with a ship (the one in my sig[1st]LCAS-Ft.Louisbourg)i think give me a few weeks (month-2 at most{and ill prolly have a battleship(funds permitting unless there all shared) as you said only seinor memboers get caps in factions i wouldent beable to join anyway (weird framelag issue in fighters with more then 8 ppl in the fight)

apprecated hmm now how to aproch it full corsair or have one being a parent also ill srtill need funding so i might end up indeed starting with a gunboat my long term goal cruiser (possably battleship) i just need a non stolen spanish name on another note,anybody thinking of makeing a liberty charcter ive got a guardian ill let you have fully guard repped(uni armor 8 included rename it whatever you see fit) waiting on an order player to reply and im checking there wiki now reguardless for both houses what would be a good way for me to start off possably say i know somebody or just a random "new recently respected or standing out" person

edit if anyones willing to help with funding(or has a ship they simply dont want but dont feel should be sold(ie are lazy or something)that can work too same with a shared command ...as soon as i pick a name thats not taken hows Estaban Salvador?
