The solution to the hole faction situation is to do what Dab said, when theres a new version of Discovery, make the Factions, RM, AW, SDF stuff like that

Many people play Discovery in single. And there are other Discovery servers apart from ours. Why would they want all that RM, AW, etc?

There are other serious problems about this idea, like the problem of constant changing of faction reputations, and manual editing of lots of player reputations. I don't think it's a good idea in general.
