ok LOLCAPS are the threat, not idies..... tho idies sometimes act almost like a lolcap, its still not a lolcap.

LOLCAP is a ship, say "Geb" which has cau 8, all solarises attacking small ships and lauhging at bombers who failed to fry it solo.....
those are the ones we need gone

Oh yeah, 3 strikes is fine, but a rule stating that 3 lines of OOC and a poor engagement notice will get your cap deleted is just stupid. Apparently someone have never lost 1 billion credits due to a minor blooper
