I think its like this.

first get the rep, then the id, then the ship

then polish your RP, then apply to join.


I'm sure that the IND would snap up an accomplished RPer who was self-funding.


If that doesnt work, try being a complete smuggler.... neutral to all houses, pirates etc... you can have a LOT of fun with a char like that.

What you want is Daumann; in game we do some very dirty stuff like:

- Engaging in cargo "confiscation" activities. (//piracy)
- Blowing up intruding miners(// the turf wars)
- Working with mercenaries and hired pirates (// merc fleet)
- Bribery (// bribing corsairs mainly to move to Kruger's field)
- Covering our pilots under a merc ID to do our dirtier stuff
- Having a weekly discussion with the RM ( // >.<)
- Hit and run, mining field intrusion (// getting some ore from another field like bretonia)
- Long range convoys

We have been doing this for a long time, we just need more members to make this a solid image
