yes i know..that is why i was thinking of reducing its powerplant or its regen speed...so it cant fire endless...

but i do think they are quite balanced as they are

i agree with leaving them as they are as well. there are waaaaaaaay too many unused ships in discovery and i'm afraid that changing the liners will make them join the unused group of ships.
