First of all, I must say I am happy some people with wealth and "power" like you support the Temporary Autonomous Zone Cause, attending substantial matters at Freeports, such as fixing doors and helping relatives. I am certainly sure you have, are, and will be helping a lot of people to excersise their freedoms to the top of their potential, but you must please remember, if you are trying to get involved in politics, that, though you can do many good deeds for Freeport 5, if you ever screw it dandy-time, you will be dragging the most human of socio cultural groups of Sirius, that is all of us, Zoners. Just take it easy, and take that just as a recommendation from an old man. Oh also, respect to every citizen of Freeport is essential. Remember that.

Now to adress the real purpose of me lifting a ringie on this comm channel. I've embarked myself, 2 crew members, and 12 scientists, into a trip all over Sirius to do some etnographic work on populations of every known inhabitted reach of all known systems. It's part of a huge antropological research which could allow Zoners us some day position ourselves in a safe spot on interstellar politics. This said, I am also happy to inform you that the vessel we crew is a Conference Zoner Gunboat, equipped just with exploration weapon loadout, but well armored and shielded. I've arrives some hours ago to Freeport 5, and will do an exception and stay in this particular station for a longer period, so as to support with my sand grain your needs. I have no problem in defending the Freeport if that is needed, but I seriously hope there will be no problems for the time being at least. Five is sacred for us Discordians, we will not allow nobody to harm what our ways have built with so much effort anyways.

Welcome aboard the station. Sorry for the late reply. I was absent for several days. I returned yesterday. I see that there were some problems between our guests, but I hope it will pass quietly, with a little good will on each side.
I'm glad that you'll be here for some time. Thank you for the advice, I do my best for the benefit of residents of Freeport 5. I'm only an imperfect man, I'm not infallible, so I can make mistakes, but I don't intentionally expose them to danger. I'm convinced that the fight wouldn't be needed. It's possible that sometimes it will be necessary to talk to someone firmly, if his conduct could jeopardize the reputation of our station. But a conversation is always better than fighting.
Thank you for the support that I receive from TAZ. I see that we have a similar peaceful perspective on matters of politics and business.
I think that the relationship between Freeport 5 and TAZ will benefit everyone.

Taking this opportunity, I would like to present the current situation of the station:
- we work with Leon Base, we have the rights to dock to Leon and Fes, we do good business beneficial for both parties
- we maintain correct relations with Sails, we supply them with goods, and "support" their members financially if situation requires that. They say - "you are a little safer than others." I'll work to strengthen this "safer".
- we have started to conduct a delicate conversation with an influential Corsairs family on the extension of our rights to dock to some of their stations.
- we have established a good relationship with the administration of Freeport 10.
- we have replied to a query from OSI about the necessary supplies, but the talks stalled. I think that at present this region is quite dangerous for them, so I don't expect progress.
