Looks extremely well done and very exciting as well. The rp is great but as others have mentioned the system wide police issues bothers me. Just tossing my two credits out here but what if as a cover Angus.Dei fronted as a syste, wide shipping group. To allow for a militiaesque presence you could have a security wing of your company like Angus.Dei|namehere[S]?

Just a though that might give you the extra push for approval. Non the less excellent stuff.

We are working on the Inner Circle first diplomatic letters, and yes, the Inner Circle is the official cover. You pointed at one of my issue about the tag for the Inner Circle members (especially the civilians).

After reading this, I am very pleased as to how you have presented it. It is very well written and I can tell there has been a lot of thought into it. It does remind me of the Inquisition a bit, unfortunately, that faction didn't last too long (all our members disappeared after I went on vacation. I hope you can make this one last a little bit longer.

I can tell you one thing though. This should NOT be based in Rheinland. Why? The Rheinland State religion, the Church of the Green Eagle, would not tolerate something like this being spawn in its country. The Connection of Church and State in Rheinland is very close, as the inhabitants view the Chancellor as a God. The KDGA (Church) ships patrol, and preach to passing freelancers and traders, and offer aid to those in need. All other religions are banned in Rheinland. I'm guess that this one will not be an exception.

The thing is that if Agnus Dei exists, it is because Rheinland financed the project. Sound like a snake bitting his tail. We should not exist without Rheinland. But Rheinland will not allow us to exist. So if we appear on the server is that because Rheinland launch the project, but now deny the consequences of it.

I'm confused right now. I need to see if we can manage a reasonnable status on the server instead of seeing the project born-dead. MilitaryID=lawful, we are not ready to be hostile with any Lawful faction at the beginning. It would be a non-sense for us. MilitaryID by itself will mean nothing if no house militaries accept an alliance. Don't need to explain the consequence i guess... So

Is there ONE lawful house ready to accept Agnus Dei ? And I ask the same question to the Order faction (Bs|) because i forsee the consequences. When i say lawful houses, i'm talking about players behind the ruling factions, so we can twist our background to garantee an acknowledgement between us. (a PM with a Yes or No will be great)

Thank you for any help in the out-of-RP process of validation prior existence ! And i should say, i have faith on what we can do. Whatever the consequences, the funniest part is to build not to end the project !

I'm guessing you might be able to work out something along RP lines. Maybe have it that the Agnus Dei are trying to keep there existance hidden from Rheinland, yet they still try and accomplish their goals.

Ie. Trader under attack, RM come to help, the suddenly this mysterious ship flies in, helps save the day, and then leaves, Leaving everyone going wtf just happened? The Agnus Dei might accept Rheinland's faith, but for extra RP goodness, have the RM very unaccepting of yours, and have this as a major clashing point between the two factions.
