indeed. This rule, would cause a non-rp atmosphere rather than anything else. at the point of militarisation we are now, only a few small, very small pirate faction such as xenos, would be desperate enough to do this. but they arent strong enough to steal a cap ship anyway...

My first impression is...NO definently..the loosened Rules you have encourage pvp above the boiling point we already have here.

all in all the conclusion is that disco doesn't need antagonist factions, it doesn't need phantoms, it doesn't need nomads, it doesn't need coalition and it doesn't need many other things, no AIs, the game is hijacked by morons to confuse the game with their dickwaving generic competition games mixed up with troll-of-the-day.
