and hell, usually i just pirate for people's rum... and since such a thing doesnt exist in the game yet as a commodity it leaves me a poor pirate =P

A tip when pirating. If your target never stops trying to reenter cruise and also doesn't even chat back to you at all, just type quickly, 2mil or die or an equivilant into the system chat then take him down. I run into people like his in Kusari all the time. If they don't give me the time to give them an RP-styled pirating line, I just give them te generic one and take them out.

This way makes you quite similar to their level of RP so I don't prise the way: '2mil or perish' at the beginnig. The way I go with such a rascals is call them to stop, once I know that he won't RP I'm not going for simple expression you have just mentiond to give myself a right to blow up his ship, at the first place 'wash' him from all his bats and bots, get his shield and hull to minimum and once again ask nicely to stop, when at this point there is no respone then it is high time go to the heart of the matter.
