Reason is, according to disco lore, the OCs were trying to subvert the Hessians. Hessians found out and banned cardi shipments in Rheinland then booted them from Hessian Bases.
Fast forward a few years...
Hessians and OCs tolerate each other outside of Rheinland because the maneaters breed like rabbits.
Fast forward a little more...
Hessians, when partnered with the SCRA are moving nommie artifacts to SCRA space for research. RoS jumps the convoy, destroys the SCRA ship moving the shipment and runs off to wherever they came from with squiddy toys.
RHA forces rage and Kreig Eta for the attack on forces. OCs No U and nearly declare war.
What comes out of the mess is that Hessians and OCs are not KoS to each other but give sideways glances and middle fingers when they cross paths. I am pretty sure that the only reason they do not kill outright is, again, maneaters breed like rabbits.
