That one sounds quite good with rehiland citizen, and ect all that, but wouldn't that be a hassle to the administers having to change all the things for each individual person? Unless they were able to come with a automated one, but there might be glitches in it ending up with more hacking, and system crashes.

This server has very strict roleplay requirements for getting nomad/wilde status. This is a roleplay community and those things are hard to roleplay well. If they're not restriced thenw we'd have bounty hunter ID'd nomad tagged corsair cruisers flying about shouting "lulz l iz nomad i kill u" which frnakly would suck.

That's what it was in 4.83 actually. Nomad battleships without any sign of roleplay camping New London, mercenaries on Nomad cruisers, etc... Been there, done that. That's history, folks, there is no way back and no good reason for either.

Completely open environment is possible only in completely responsible community, and that will happen about the same moment the hell freezes and sanction section will be removed due to redundancy of complete lack of rule violations and reports. Until then restrictions apply.

There are people who would give all their earned millions of credits and collected codenames for a single Nomad ID and a tiny Nomad Fighter. However, many ambitious pilots - like me - would never achieve this goal, because we're unable to find out what should we do to impress the Keepers. Trust me, I've tried to convince them, but they didn't even responded me. I'm not a guy of great fame, and there are people who're actually thinking that I'm a totally unrelyable incarnate. Just today, I've met the first one of these fellows (on FLD server), and tough I think he's not as bad as the others, I would never achieve anything out there. Being in a bad place, bad time, and bad mood couldn't help you anything further. It's hard to progress in the eyes of others, thus carving out a living from nothing... well, that's a hard thing, believe me.

So I'm not sure about this whole nomad thing, but we all have to learn from my story: many of us would never become Nomads, nor Wilds (drat, not even recognized Junkers). So we better forget this neutral-to-all ("neutrall") thing. Compared to my story and the experience of the v4.83 they will never let us chose our destiny freely. So I think only the LPI rep-lowering is the only plan that could be ever accepted by the Admins.

My opinion is that new players should be neutral with everyone except nomad factions, guard factions, xeno factions, corsair factions, and outcast factions. (and admins...)

As far as why Corsairs and Outcasts but not the other pirate factions, those factions are house space related and their relationship should depend on what the player has done in that space and to their allies/enemies whereas Corsairs and Outcasts do not depend on house space and are independent, and should therefore be hostile or unfriendly at first to the player regardless.

I think at least all the four polices should be a bit more than neutral to new players. Of course, not friendly, but still trusting. So it could help them to progress, but corporations and navies still must be all neutral. The Outcasts want the people to use Cardamine, but if they're attacking mere civilians that would only hurt their bussiness.

Neutral Nomad rep? NEVER!
Everything is fine, though I'll be glad if LPI rep will be lowered a bit.
If you want to be friendly to nomads, become a Keeper, though you must have good RP.
And all other rep is set just fine.
