Call me entitled, but I'd sure like to trade some of them in Sirius though.
Find a Trade Ship that can freely enter Gallia and then you can sell most of them around Sirius for a nice profit.
'I would like to be half as clever as some people like to believe they are' Life is full of disappointments, it is how we handle them that helps to define us, as a person
So true. FLcomp lists loads of high-profit routes that start and end in gallia. oh well, back to artifacts.
@ St Denis. Not sure with the new restarts/rephacks, but you used to be able to restart gallia which made you neutral to most of the garlics, and then you could fly around sirius too.
Perhaps a garlic junker... no, wait. they're all criminals now. Hum.... sorry. no idea.
What I find stupid about the new metal commodities is that ok they are all made in Gallia, their price is high so its worth the trek into frogland to get them. What isnt worth it is the fact that they are mostly sold lawful bases making the majority of these commods unavailable to sirian haulers.
Even those sold on brigand bases are'nt easily accessible either due to brigands not being friendly to everyone.
So fix the rep of gallic unlawfuls at least so more of us can go to gallia and get the stuff otherwise I dont see gallia being as active as was intended by the price hikes!!!
There is one thing more logic to do . Make the garlic Junker bases places where you can buy everything from flea to elephant . For instance in Bourg de bresse you can buy ALL kinds of stuff produced in Burgundy for little grater (unlawfull) second hand prices . Same as Chateaou Gontier , Beaumont and so ...
So who wanna go to Gallia has place to obtain those stuff.

It's not a matter of if it's possible, it's a matter of, why is it all only in Gallia? Why can't it be, y'know, spread out?
Republican Shipping? GMG, Kishiro, Samura? Freelancers cargo cpacity was increased, right? You will not find a you-can-go-everywhere corporation anyway.
Gallia is supposed to be more technologically advanced..but lacking in resources. Maybe balancing the metals/commodities to reflect this nature a bit would be a good fix. Also....realistically speaking, the more "rare" or exotic a material is, the higher the demand should be for it in the places that are least accessible to it. I had this same problem with Prometheum in 4.86. Even the info card stated that it's rare, found only in Gallia, and the GRN was desperately trying to prevent its export, but there was practically no demand (based on price) anywhere in Sirius for it. If the stuff is really that rare and unique and embargoed....it should probably be selling on-par if not MORE than a regularly-mined ore.

Maybe the prices are so low because Sirus gets all their Promethium through fission reactors (Biproduct)? Sure I get that we are in the future with fancy fusion reactors, but sometimes it's just easier to kill two birds with one stone.
The rare sub-species of human that gives out info that nobody actually cares about...
