Recruit ID cannot enter Connecticut

It could solve the problem with new players only being around Liberty. And you can make a lot of non rp adds in conn.

I personally use Connecticut for practice - if it was removed I wouldn't have somewhere to see how the loadout works. If it was made so that you started in conn and had to do a /restart I literally would leave the server - I like making my charas and doing the repping - I don't always want the rep to be exactly one way - I'd end up spending more time repping just to get the reps as close to the way I want as possible - if I can even dock at the bases.
