history resumed from my memory;

After the 80 years war, Rheinland is heavily indebted to various international organizations, mostly from Liberty. Unable to face the serious pirate threats coming to attack the weakened military, Rheinland is on the verge of a total collapse as a nation.

The 4 Houses, unified under one single task force for the first time since centuries, creates the UHS, and its military branch' first task would be the protection of Rheinland.

The problem, is how they'd react nowaday toward the bretonian kusari war that troubles me...

Neutrality only works to an extent, and since the houses of Sirius are represented as stereotypical entities I don't see any plausibility to continued neutrality for the sake of 'justice' during a state of war.

Liberty and Bretonia, Kusari and Rheinland maybe, but two warring states which both hold the intention of conquest would nearly never play ball.

Well, god knows they could try, just like they do today. No doubt Kusari and Rheinland would work closely together in arresting international criminals. Same would go for Liberty and Bretonia. Interpol would obviously be an international organisation, not really based in one single house. Cooperation between Liberty and Rheinland or Bretonia and Kusari would obviously not go along that well in the public, but who knows what determined cops could do really.

Guy a good idea and it can work we have real life example......THE UN...which make sure that there is peace on earth and various other work they do............. WE CAN TAKE UN AS EXAMPLE and form some thing like Zapp said......AND IT WILL WORK.....

Because in UN enemies and friend all sit together to bring peace and do lots of other work...... we can also do this in game........

Form an Organization select few people who do good RP and are Experienced...too make a council just as UN do......

And it will rock and bring a new life in RP for police faction which are seriously dieing in some houses.........
