Never worked with sintra before this but it's fairly easy to mold. You cut the shape out with a utility knife or razor blade, the sheets are flat and basically like hard plastic. I used a heat gun to heat them up, once the sintra gets warm enough it becomes pliable, about the same consistency as stiff play dough. You shape it how you want and when it cools down it holds that shape.
