RNC-Aachen has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 05 march 09 for:

Quote:6.21 Attacking without an engagement notice is not allowed. All attacks must be preceded with some form of RP, regardless of NPC faction diplomacy.

Consequences: Fined all your guns and your cap6 armour.

Notes: The word "DESTRYO!" (yes the typo was there) is not a good enough engagement notice. Attacking a guy who doesn't know you're fighting... In a battleship? I mean... C'mon man.

Well, the evidence we have shows a rather different story.

However, the fact you seem to know the incident in question almost instantly, would imply you feel defensive about the whole situation. Anything you feel you need to tell me Cam?

I will say that I ordered a destroy order for that ship, but in the fireball of activity that was going on there it was probably lost.

Oh, and the fact that I had ten second speech lag probably didn't help either.
