Actually covered. Hudson and Bering system are covered by Rheinland-Liberty Peace Treaty 823 AS. Basically they are divided by half. Top side of Bering and Hudson belongs to Liberty, bottom side to Rheinland. With Planet Atka and area 15k around still belonging to Liberty.
