I was thinking....Council is wanting to explore the realm of Sirius, so they would send ships out to do this. So I would think that it would be ok to use Council, Maquis, & UC ships outside of Gallia, just not Gallic Navy ships of any sort.
Is the fact of Gaul tech leave Galia a question of time or not? i mean if it has something to do with crashes or such.
Why isnt Galia factions not allowed to leave Galia? Wont the Oil Company want to make money with other houses? I understand that the Brigandes not leaving or the Maquis, but civilian companys should be able, or it has something to do with bugs or crashes?
I think that 'lawfulls' corporations could not be able to leave Gallia, since Royalists don't allow them to do that.
Galic pirates don't have any reason to go outside, they ZOI is in Gallia, they are in war with Outcasts, so better for them to stay in Gallia.
But The Council could, especially that they need the rest of Sirius to win theirs war. They need suppliers. What for did they open the way through minefield? After that will they be waiting till someone come? I think not, they will go outside to look what they need.
About tech restrictions, It should be normal RP case, outcasts don't use corsairs tech, rogues don't use navy tech, nobody from outside Gallia use galic tech since there is no reason. But Council trader should be allowed to go out of Galia in galic ship. Of course he should have Tag/ID Council, and his route should begin or end in the Council base.
The same should be applied for Junker trader. I know that I may use Firefly, or pirate transport/train and go to Gallia for Tobacco, and I could play that I am galic junker and I flew through half galaxy to buy ship, because of I don't like this one I have near my home....
