This communication serves to inform you of two items:
One, the Commander will be on official leave from the 7th to the 27th of September and will be unavailable during this period. A provisional command authority will be appointed to coordinate daily affairs until his return or in the event of extreme circumstances.
Two, on the basis of interactions with a movement known as "New Dawn", ALLCOM believes the group to be compromised on some level and in need of investigation. We therefore request you undertake such an effort and inform us of any findings.

As for this New Dawn, we'll need some more details before we divert resources towards an investigation. What, exactly, is New Dawn? Where do they operate? What cause do you have for suspecting the movement of being compromised? Which individuals should we observe most closely? Et cetera.

New Dawn is believed to be a form of anarchic collective predicated on ideals which inherently revolve around grandstanding. The Commander's file on the subject is far less eloquent and simply ascribes them as being "do-gooders" and gives little elaboration.
They were previously known to operate in the frontier, likely the deep Taus, but have since then returned to House space and are now committed to the Erie liberation struggle, at least seemingly. Recently, the Commander instructed me to reveal information regarding Task Force Prometheus' status as compromised. It has been noted that the evidence was swept aside by the New Dawn movement, despite the potential jeopardy and solutions available.
At this time there are no individuals that would be considered primary suspects. The movement appears to be nominally led by one miss Siara Solatra.
