How do you do? It has been some time since we have been engaged in larger projects with your company.
I am Simon Giraud, and I head the spacecraft engineering department at ALG's Research and Development Division. At R&D, we operate a number of deep space survey and exploration vessels such as the Corvo class, but we are lacking in capabilities for long haul off-grid cargo shipment. This is not a type of operation the division is frequently tasked with, but it is occasionally necessary to deliver such shipments to and from our operations in the deep Omicrons.
I am looking at possible acquisitions for this purpose and have ascertained that your new heavy frigate design may suit us very well. I have some ideas in regards to the customization of the bays but I expect this will be work we do ourselves.

May we place an order for a Bulwark-class?

My name is Esme Blake, representing Bristol Constructions and Manufacturing as a part of Shackleton Operations Group. We at Bristol would be happy to sell a Bulwark Heavy Explorer to ALG's Research and Development Division - the vessel is extremely well suited for transporting goods in the Omicron systems, far in advance of any currently in service within my own humble expertise.

However, regrettably there is currently a degree of administrative difficulty here at Bristol which has rendered us unable to currently make Bulwark sales. This stated, our Akutan facility is ready to begin construction, with all material necessary for a Bulwark Heavy Explorer in place. My apologies, but I would ask for your patience at this time.

For future reference, the cost for the vessel is 15.000.000 sc. We will be sure to inform you when a sale can be made.

Again, my deepest apologies for the difficulties.

Good day, I am Anita Raichert, director of Shipping for ALG.

We have a small update for this project. Research & Development Division has concluded their testing process of the Bollwerk, and were most pleased with the capabilities of the vessel. It has now been transferred to my division, and redesignated ALG-Mailand, for high risk routes.

There is maintenance outstanding which is scheduled for 16. 07 at Arcetri. There are no notable failures beyond some small parts breakage, so a routine check and overhaul should be completed quickly and easily.

Thank you for reaching out to us here at Akutan Production Facility. I will inform our records department on the change of name to ALG-Mailand, I'm sure they will be absolutely thrilled that a customer has reached out to inform us on such a thing.

As to the standard servicing, Engineering Department personnel will be standing by for your arrival. You will not be required to dock with the station itself, and only be needed to perform some shut down procedures on systems such as propulsions and communications. This will allow for our specialists to install new lining elements and communications equipment, among other components which are the most likely to be damaged under normal use.
