Also on the note of Rogue Destroyers, I'm quite surprised there aren't more Destroyers in liberty. I've only seen one ....Is their something in their RP not allowing them to enter Liberty?

Sortas are perceieved to be 'better' than Scyllas. So the population buys them instead. Same with Outcast Gunships, everyone thinks they're better cause they've got 8 guns. Hence, we have hudreds of Oc Gunships in Liberty and the Battlebarge has become a recreational vessel.
I've never actually had a proper look at the Destroyer before. I've never felt the need to, infact i've only seen one person flying one before.
I think there should be one, the Rogues and Mollys would obviously want their own. Point Defense is should remain.
And at the post above the above post (so Whisper's post), I think that the Destroyers just aren't very popular to indies in Liberty. Like I said, i've only seen one, and that was an indie.
And to the post above me, I agree with it. People prefer the Outcast line of ships because they are more powerful, and more generic.
