Erm Its for my zoner whale. Big 5k transport. Already the most agile out there. And being zoner means I still get pirated, only slightly less by certain factions (not going to make a difference where I'm going). However, the countermeasure does give me a higher chance of escape.

So if its a reasonable pirate like most of them out there, then I'd just pay up and go. However if its a PWNZORZ!! ALL YER CARGO OR DIE!! pirate, then I'd take my chances.

Hmm... I have a question for you all. Why do NPC's need train cruise disruptors?

Even the Nomads one do not need them, Are you going to RP your way out of an attack?

I say all CD's should be removed from NPC's that are not Guardians.

Anyways, Enhanced are better, Ive hardly gotten away from anything with Heavies, I dont even know what the point of them are.

Enhanced for fighters, heavy for capitals.

Devtonia ; all-or-nothing approach to bias.
