Hypothetical Scenario: Pirating for cash is no longer done

Hmmm... I do a healthy mix of both pirating for cash and cargo. For cargo, I don't usually pirate a whole load, but I take things that might make my character look better in the RPing evironment. For example, yesterday I pirated 10 Super Alloys for my VHF on the grounds that it would make it a stronger ship. As for exclusively pirating cargo... I don't think I could do it. I'm too attached to my VHF to switch to a gunboat or transport. I hate flying gunboats...

The problem there is that we would end up with a TON of Junker loltraders going back and forth between legal bases and Junker bases rather than pirating.
