Battleship License on Non- BS

I've always found it a little odd that the battleship license would take the place as a scanner. I thought it would just be another thing you can equip (that wouldn't do anything)

Anyway, time to get one for mah powatradah

Then again, that two billion of mine isn't going to spend itself, I lack some caps, or anything capable of mounting Cap VIII.
