Actually, I started at level 5 I think and worked up to 27 with wealth, but I will try the editor. Thanks for the advice.

hmm, I never knew that. but also, normal FL was never meant to have a higher cap than 30 I believe, am I right?

Save Editor is a shure way, just edit the Autosave.fl for the easiest way, otherwise it'll be a pain to track the edited save you use:P

My Open SP character is level 38 right now, which is the limit, not 27. All you need to do is take a mission off one of the job boards in a bar somewhere, then you'll go up a level.
