No missingo no reduction because I just paid someone 100mil for doubled patrols in my system. Guard systems are supposed to fortresses. Not standard bases, I mean look at Corsica!

Totally agree with that. Rebalancing these npc activity would not only provide more realistic protection of house shippers but could end up with a natural lag reduction which is beneficial for all sides in possible battles near major planets or interjunction areas.
