It makes me very sad when a player attempts to use threats to report to get their cargo back because we ban them for 7 days. Your transport has also been stripped of all equipment and credits.

i wasnt threating him .... he did OORP killed me ... whitout warnings and you ban me? should you ban or sanction him??? he did OORP i was just trying to be polite and not to report him ... so i asked for money back for my cargo he did not so i reported him ... (i have SS to prove it ... but have problems in posting it... iam getting error :"The total filespace required to upload all the attached files is greater than your per post or global limit. Please reduce the number of attachments or the size of the attachments."---
The picture that you posted clearly shows Phate - a quite notorious pirate in Sirius - clearly ordering you to turn your ship, and to drop all of your cargo. That satisfies all the requirements of 5.2 and 6.6 - he RP'd with you prior to combat, and he made a demand of you.
So no, there was nothing OORP about anything that he did. And he's certainly been around on this server long enough to know that you calling him an OORP noob in a PM is quite insulting.

He has done this multiple times. I was sanctioned as a result of him. After i shot him he requested i buy him 6 new Transport turrets. See my sanction for more info.

yes he gived me order to drop all my cargo but after he said it he imiadetly started to fire on me i diidnt have any time to do so ... os i polite asked him to give me back my cargo....... maybe i done some 3.1 .... and iam sorry for that but kill someone after you say something imiadetly thats little too much ...... i have faced whit this problem several times on this server that a pirate came to my ship or my friends ship and started imiadetly firing on it

So, you asked for your money back ? Actually, you tried to threaten a ban if you didn't get your money back,
and continually insulted the other player ... This thread is now finished with.
