Good luck and all that.
Well the plan originally wasn't going to use Sabre's but since they are a generic border world ship, and they do raid border worlds for their equipment, it seemed logical...

You don't know what interests a particular group represents? Who they are? Can't memorise all the tags?
Well, ask them ingame. As far as i can tell, your char wouldn't know much about a group as secret as this one I guess.
Its early, I just woke up, I didn'd read the whole thing, sorry.
Anyway, I tried some similar RP once with a Corsair character, using a Correro and a Slaver ID, was some fun RP, alsthough the freighter lacked the punch to enforce the demands I made.
Anyhow, you might want to consider to (also) use the SLaver ID, since it limits your piracy to organs and human cargo, which would focus your activities and RP style a bit more, and would prevent that you just become a random bunch of pirates by accident (happens faster than you think, if you can pirate anyone for anything its very tempting to actually do so.)

Thank you for the feedback, I have been considering between the slaver ID and the pirate ID, the only thing I have against the slaver ID is that I don't think it allows one to demand nanos or bots. I could be wrong though, its been awhile since I've seen the slaver ID. Other then that it would fit perfect, but make the whole scavenging thing even harder if we are severely restricted by landing rights.
I also think you should use the slaver ID it makes more sense, BUT I have a huge problem with you having the Freelancer TAG. Because one moment you're flying around thinking that that ship there in the distance is a freelancer with his white colour etc, and the next moment his gnawing on your flesh.
I've seen to many people abuse the Freelancer TAG, so please don't fall in that same pit of darkness, because it's not funny when you're attacked by people you expect to attack you the least.

Yes, while a freelancer tag is not exactly desireable, it is really the only thing practical right now. I can assure you that you will recognize us coming, as we will be tagged appropriately and you will most definetly "Hear" us coming.
The Slaver ID vs Pirate ID, is being debated. Slaver ID does fit, but it has restrictions that doesn't allow demanding of any cargo other than human cargo/organs. If we need to stock up on bots, nano's, or anything else the fleet needs such as oxygen, scrap metal (for the repair of ships); anything that could be used to barter for the release of a life if someone didn't carry human cargo, we couldn't. At the same time we dont want abuse of the slaver ID. Pirate ID, is a much more general ID, even though we wont be demanding money, like a pirate would.
And as the tag goes, its basicly the same issue, freelancer fits best for now unless a special request could be put in for a hostile tag. I'm not sure if a request could be done like that.
for now its pirate ID and freelancer tag. All members must have a detailed RP story and then are reviewed and invited to the disciples after they have revealed themselves to be highly capable of the role.
