The CoA will never accept an LE leadership over them, or any kind for that matter, that's why they have a voice in the Conclave. Strictly no Cardamine ensures that no CoA is ever controlled by the Outcasts, they want to make nice with the Outcasts without becoming their puppets.
Yes, I'm sure they bent to your will. Guess what? The Conclave is a role play device. A role play device that the LE controls. If they so wish to do away with it, they can at their whim. Your threats were empty threats, ones that made many many people laugh. Thanks for that.
You may never accept leadership, but I'd dare you to give them a reason to use Faction Right 2 on you. Then ignore it. See exactly how fast you end up like so many other factions have that started with the attitude you have right now.
Go on though, keep thinking you forced them to create the Conclave and that you have some form of power because of it. Didn't you run out on the last faction where you had that attitude? Anyways, keep it up. It will create some good laughs and some entertaining role play. Of that I am sure.
