Erm, the way most people handle house languages while making things understandable is by using common words, like "Guten tag," "hola mi amigo," stuff like that. Most people know what it means, and if they don't then it is no big deal. However, doing too much more than that is against server rules, since everyone needs to understand what's going on- if you are trying to talk only to a select group of people, then just talk in group chat.

If I was playing on a Russian server and forum, I'd take 10 seconds, decide I couldn't read Russian, and never look through any of the forum again.
And that is why I've always said we should have a link to the rules in clear view, right on the main page.
