Wanting Feedback on Faction Idea

In my opinion re-create your faction that doesn't include religion...all religions comes with controversy...alot of the people here on the server likely agree with me that religion should be left out of Freelancer. Just think about what Real world religions did in their pasts, it wasn't good...

You make a good point and are probably right. Thinking this sort of stuff through is why I posted this in the first place. The concept is kinda fun and i would like to keep some aspects of it. However, removing religious fanaticism from the equation is probably the best thing to do. Thank you to all for your comments, ill take this idea back to the drawing board.

Agnus Dei is suspended as we cannot respect the minimum number of active members required. But we can work together, as I have something in mind to collect the ashes of Agnus Dei and reactivate the project (I always consider anyting as a project, job distortion probably). Got more time to answer.
Your starting point was the same we had when my french budies and I launched the project. With the community comments, we started to remove term like "sinner", "apostle", "reborn", anything that can come too close to christianism of course.
The Old book you're talking where also an issue. We remove the "Bible" reference and call it "the Golden Path". Path became our main concern. Path is the way to reach enlightenment - buddhism way. And if you make your research in fact, the "Golden path" is taken directly from The Children of Dune.
Now if you've followed me, you'll understand that the "drugs" we were talking about is similar to the Spice.

I think Agnus became official during a weakness of the Admins. I suppose they had the feeling that we will cause no harm and just add something new. They were right. I definetly think we should work together. Last thing, Agnus Dei never work with one leader, i was not THE leader, we shared account, asset and ideas. I will use my boring poetic image to explain how I work :

and we will create a new wave.

A religious faction is not the religion itself just the organization to promote faith. For Agnus Dei the religion itself does not exist it is only a path to follow and still to be find.
