The idea of the TLAGSNET is to provide the police forces easy tracking of suspicious cargo and people...How would this system decide if someone is breaking the law,so it can apply fines?

Seems not well though..there are already people whos job is to maintain peace and order....

Ech. Whatever. You do not want this at least be discussed, you oppose it fiercely like discussion itself will hurt you.

My idea on that:
Money to Off. Police and Military faction in 60%/40%.
Leaders decide how to distribute the money.
This should increase activity of these factions and probably raise interest in joining factions.

What happens if the faction disbands? Where do the funds go?

Not that I care, since this won't actually happen.

You ask like it's already implemented. Which is not.

Probability to disband faction, especially house forces, is close to zero for several reasons. But it could be countered by disabling the money deduction and transfering to those bank accounts.

It could accumulate to big candy for the next/new Faction. But i realy dont like the proposal that Factions can do whatever they want with such an budget or treasure even bcause this can (and most likely will sooner or later) be abused for personal gain.

But anyway this is IMHO to far ahead of any Implementation, be it Snak3`s proposal or any other idea of someone participating in this disc. here.

I think there may be an majority who would want this Ideas realized and so someone (whoever is close or in DEV) should maybe ask/tell what is possible realy/probably. Far as i have seen i asume just "taxing" vessels for docking could be easy but with counting cargo it gets a little to complicated (just my guess)....

...so how can we invite some comments/statements from DEV-Team and the allmighty A.D.M.I.N.S. about what the server could actualy technicaly do and manage as additional workload aswell?

Just another idea how to mobilize the house forces everywhere to do the job: Make tradelanes, instead of tax, pay vessels with military and police ID.

Houseforces have motivation to patrol the area, making the lanes saver for the Traders.
